Artemis Anagnostopoulou – Manager |
Artemis originally from Patras, Greece, studied in the UK obtaining a B.A in tourism from Bournemouth University. Artemis spent many years in Spain working in the Tourism and Real Estate industries, before moving to the Canary Islands 8 years ago initially to Tenerife and now Fuerteventura.
Before joining GoldAcre Estates, Artemis was jointly responsible for building one of the largest real estate agents within the Canary Islands.
Fluent in 3 Languages, Artemis brings a wealth of experience to GoldAcre Estates in areas such as computer programming, real estate law and administration processes along with excellent general management skills. |

Emma Cunliffe – Sales Consultant |
Fluent in five languages Emma has work experience from all over the globe including Brazil, UK, France and more recently before moving to Fuerteventura in Portugal. Emma is a keen sailor and watersports participant and an exceptional chef. Her all round commercial experience together with her practical knowledge and experience in running the family villa management, rental and restoration business and her command of languages, in particular Portuguese, will allow Goldacre Estates to expand further into Cape Verde. |

KAREN MOORE – Sales Consultant |
Karen Moore moved to Gran Canaria with her Husband to fulfill their dream and Karen is living proof that dreams can turn into reality, Karen brings with her 20 years of customer service and sales experience, 14 of which spent working in the financial services sector in the Isle of Man.
After spending time settling into her new life Karen has now joined GoldAcre Estates and is looking forward to helping others with the valuable experience she has gained through her own move, to realize their Dream of owning a home in the sun. |

Gary Marlborough – Sales Consultant |
Gary Marlborough moved to Gran Canaria 12 months ago in pursuit of owning his perfect property abroad and to ensure he had more quality time with his wife after many years of work in the United Kingdom. Gary’s previous positions of employment have been based around the demanding roles of Supermarket Management to Regional Sales Manager which has given him an abundance of knowledge and experience in both customer facing situations and understanding the needs of clients and colleagues alike all of which has been gained over the last 34 years.
After choosing Gran Canaria and settling in Puerto Rico, Gary would like to help others with the experience that he has gained in achieving his personal goal to be able assist others to do the same. |

Ana Belen -Head of Administration

Ana is from mainland Spain (Valdepenas, very famous for the good wine they produce) moved to Fuerteventura nearly 10 years ago now, for an adventure with a few friends, and after a while she decided stay Ana has spent the last 4 years in Real Estate administration and is respected by both Lawyers and Bankers alike in Fuerteventura for her bright personality and knowledge of all the processes of Real Estate Sales and Law. |

Jan Bennet - Customer Services

Jan fell in love with Fuerteventura after spending many happy family holidays here over the last 12 years. Leaving behind a long career in the UK as a Social Care Housing Manager, Jan and her family made the decision to “up- sticks” and move to Fuerteventura 3 years ago. Jan has been working in Customer Services since arriving on the island and during this time has spoken to literally hundreds of prospective clients. In her free time Jan devotes many hours to her garden, she is a keen hiker, but she still makes time to enjoy the fabulous beaches here on Fuerteventura. |

After finishing his A Levels, Alex decided that working and gaining knowledge and experience from his father would be a far better learning tool than university. His technical support helps to maintain the smooth running and efficiency of the team at GoldAcre Estates. His growth and expansion of knowledge will run parallel with the development of GoldAcre Estates. |

John Goldacre – The Boss |
John’s business experience spans many years in the commercial sector at both senior management and main board level.
He has worked in Real Estate and lived in the Canary Islands for the last 10 years and has sold property throughout the Canary Islands. His vision for GoldAcre Estates is to provide a family orientated business with a team of specially selected professionals who share his view of providing all our clients with a safe and secure way of purchasing a property in the Canary Islands and with a total belief in client service and honesty. |

Nick Hamer – Sales Consultant |
After selling his own business in the UK, Nick took a two-year sabbatical during which time he sailed his yacht to Southern Europe where he discovered the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. Nick decided his future lay on the island and has now been working with John Goldacre in real estate for nearly 3 very successful and happy years |

Phil Ninness – Sales Consultant |
Phil previously a senior manager and main board director of a number of successful businesses in the UK attempted to semi-retire in the Canary Islands and after years of research settled here in Fuerteventura. Relocated at the beginning of 2004 with his wife two grown up children and two dogs, Phil started in the then number one estate agency making good use of business experience and successfully switched into property sales consultancy. Now working with the uniquely experienced team at Goldacre Estates he covers all aspects of property sales and purchases. |

Pilar joined GoldAcre Estates in 2006 from Montana Roja Estate Agents in Fuerteventura where she worked for 12 months.
Pilar’s experience and bubbly personality is an asset to each and everyone of GoldAcre Estates Spanish clients.Experienced in customer liaison and contract administration Pilar offers to all clients who are lucky enough to have dealt with her, a bright and honest approach to Real Estate sales. |

Linda Searby - Accountant |
30years in the UK as an assistant accountant/ company secretary and 4 years with a training agency teaching accountancy (AAT qualification ) to both young and mature students Linda moved to Fuerteventura to ensure a better quality of life with her husband David.
40 years experience in accountancy Linda is meticulous in keeping records particularly in respect of clients money held on their behalf and has worked with John for 2 years |

Nicolas Tan – Sales Consultant |
Nicolas originally from Singapore first entered the property sector whilst studying sustainable tourism development in the Algarve, Portugal. During that time he worked with Developers such as Bovis Abroad and the Emerson Group on their Golf Course and Property Developments in Quinta do Lago, Boavista and later in Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura and then added to his experience in a family construction, management and rental business.
A keen diver and windsurfer and the varied marine life and coast eased his decision to move to Fuerteventura working again in Real Estate.
His 15 years experience in Real Estate and Property Development is a valuable contribution to the Team at GoldAcre Estates along with our growing list of clients. |

Debbie Twigg – Sales Consultant |
Debbie ran a very successful recruitment consultancy in London where she developed and maintained many well known client accounts. After twenty years in this industry she moved to Gibraltar to take life at a more relaxed pace but after a three year sabbatical decided it was time to return to the real world and get a job again! The property market had always been of interest and this is where her remaining days in Gibraltar were spent working for one of Gibraltar's elite companies. Deciding it was a good time to seek pastures new, she moved to Fuerteventura with her son where the opportunity of working with the professional team at Goldacre-Estates was too good to resist. |

Chris first came to Fuerteventura in 2000 on holiday to celebrate the millennium.A Company director in the UK running a successful flooring and furnishings business and a keen golfer with a handicap of 9, Chris and his wife decided that this was the place to settle and they relocated (escaped) in 2002. Over the last 4 years in the Real Estate business as Sales Consultant and eventually Sales Manager Chris developed a wealth of experience in this Industry, and gained a reputation as a true professional when dealing with and advising his clients of which there are many. |
