It’s the moment that many of you golfers have been waiting for! GoldAcre Estates are pleased to announce that on the 19th October 2007 the back 9-holes of the 18-hole championship golf course at Anfi Tauro is opening, located in the South of Gran Canaria within the lush Tauro valley.
The challenging course, par 72, was designed by world-renowned golf course designers von Hagge, Smelek and Baril, acclaimed for their innovative approach and unforgettable designs. The course was created in the Arizona desert style; players revel in the striking flora and fauna typical of the region, imposing cacti rise from between dramatic rock formations transporting the player to another land.
Facilities at Anfi Tauro Golf also include a driving range that covers an area of 40,000m², where beginners and pros alike can hone their skills. There is also a practice tee and practice course, chipping zone, golf academy and there will also be a luxurious Plantation style Clubhouse to round off play.
